Q 1) How do I place an order?
First, you need to register using your details such as name, mobile number, email id etc. Once you have completed all these details, you may also receive a reference code (you will get Rs.100) and upon the recommendation to your family and friends, you will receive Rs. 50 when they ordered.

Q 2) How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?
We went through quality check steps to ensure the quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. You can raise a request within 24 hours if you’re not happy with the quality of the product received.

Q 3) How can I pay for my orders?
We accept both online & offline payments through net banking, cards and COD.

Q 4) Do I pay extra for delivery? Are there any other hidden charges?
No, there are no hidden charges. In fact, our deliveries come in well quality bags which are totally hygienic and free of cost.

Q 5) What if I am not at home to receive my order?
Once the order is dispatched, a notification will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. In case you are not available at your residence, our Delivery associate will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will be scheduled as per your availability.

Q 6) Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
We accept orders above INR 300/- with a free home delivery service.

Q 7) When do you deliver?
We deliver orders as per your selected time slot. We provide extra features for scheduling your order as per your comfort timing.

Q 8) What if I want to complain regarding my order?
Call at 91-8010981098 or mail on info@ifresh.co.in. You can also raise a request by using the “Contact Us” section on the website. Our customer care executives are always happy to help and assist you.

Q 9) Do I get an invoice for my order?
At the time of order checkout, the total amount including all charges are shown on your home screen and we will also send an Invoice to the email address provided during registration.

Q 10) Can I add more than one delivery address to an account?
Yes, you can add more than one delivery address to your account. However, the only thing is that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address.
